Who we are

We’re a specialist care and support organisation, committed to supporting people to live independent lives.

Who we are

We support a wide range of people with multiple needs, including:

  • learning disabilities
  • mental ill-health
  • young people
  • older people
  • people with drug and alcohol dependencies
  • refugees and asylum seekers.

Services range from 1-2-1support such as floating support, accommodation based support services, extra care and employment services. For more about our range of services, please visit the what we do section of this website.

Our approach

All of our services are person-centred and are continually updated through adopting relevant technological solutions, maintaining a fully trained and knowledgeable workforce, and involving people who use our service.

We are committed to supporting people to live independent lives. We work with the people we support to develop individually tailored action plans to support them in achieving their potential.

And we encourage service user involvement, because the best people to tell us how to improve our services are the people who receive them. We even have service users on our board. You can find out more about ways our service users get involved in the My voice section.

We put people at the heart of everything we do, and that’s why we say we're passionate about people.

Working in partnership

We pride ourselves on a history of strong partnerships, working closely with the statutory and voluntary sectors to deliver individually tailored services. If you would like to speak to someone about the services we offer, please get in touch.

Volunteer

By giving up some of their time to help us build on the good work we do, volunteers make a real difference to people’s lives.
