What we do

Every year, we support over 5,000 people to live independent lives across London, the Midlands and Yorkshire.

What we do

The people we work with have a diverse range of needs, so we tailor our services to each individual, working with them to achieve their potential.

Our client groups include (among others):

  • mental health service users
  • people with learning disabilities
  • older people
  • younger people
  • teenage parents
  • asylum seekers
  • refugees
  • women escaping domestic violence
  • people with substance misuse problems
  • homeless people and families
  • people with HIV and AIDS.

Our wide ranging services include:

  • supported housing
  • floating support
  • drop-in support and outreach work
  • education, training and employment
  • extra care
  • day services
  • research and consultancy.

We celebrate that diversity and we see it as a strength. We’re able to share our specialist knowledge of each particular client group, learning from our colleagues to improve the way we do things.

You can find out more about the things we do from the list above on the left and in the Where we work section.
