Older persons
We deliver successful and innovative services to meet the needs of older people who want to continue to live independently.
We strive to deliver high quality services which reflect good practice in the industry and were awarded 87 grade A results in recent Supporting People reviews. We also recently won new contracts to provide combined support and care to older persons in Barnet and Enfield.
Our individually tailored services provide flexible assistance, support and care within a wide range of housing options designed to enhance choice, independence and security including:
- scheme-based staff
- sheltered housing with communal facilities
- assistive technology and an anti-burglary project
- a Home Improvement Agency to provide practical assistance and repair or adapt homes
- a hospital discharge project to reduce bed blocking
- community hubs and specialist ethnic minority services to enable service users to meet and reduce isolation.
