ACE (or Achieving Excellence) is a programme within Metropolitan Housing Partnership that is transforming the way member organisations go about their work.

How we’re achieving excellence in care and support

We’re doing this by charting the way we deliver services now (“as is”), challenging those to map what the processes should look like (“to be”) and then planning how to make the necessary changes.

Mark Austin, MST Managing Director, says:
