My support
When you first join
We think it's important that you know your rights and responsibilities and our responsibilities to you. Your support worker will go through this with you on your first visit or meeting. You'll also be given a service user guide which explains how we will support you. You can also view this guide online.
If you have any questions, speak to your support worker or contact your local office.
Having your say
After you have received support form us for a while, you might have some ideas on how we can improve our service to you. We'd like to hear what you think so that we can learn and improve what we do. You can tell us what you think:
- as a one-off, for example, by writing us a letter or an email
- on a regular basis, for example, by joining a regional service user group.
