Ways to have your say

There are lots of different ways you can have your say on how we plan and deliver our services. Some require regular attendance at meetings, others do not. You can choose how much time you want to give up.

Giving feedback

You can tell us what you think we do well and what you think we could do better. You can do this by:

Service user groups and meetings

Focus groups

Take part in focus groups to give your opinion on a certain topic or new project.  These groups may meet once or on a regular basis.

Regional service user groups

These groups give feedback on the services we provide in a particular area. They meet every two or three months and are made up of around 10–15 service users.

Service user strategy group

This group monitors how well we are working with service users across all the areas we work in. The group is made up of service users and staff and meets every three months.

Help to interview people applying to work for us.

Checking how our services are running

Visit another service and tell us what you think.

Taking part in research

You may be invited to take part in research as part of a group or by being interviewed with your support worker.

Helping plan and run events

Help to plan an event and/or help out on the day.

House meetings

These meetings take place in shared supported housing.

Helping start a new service

You could help us to bid for funding to start a new service that could benefit other service users.
