How can I make a complaint or give feedback?

 

You can:

  • talk to any member of staff
  • freephone: London 0800 917 8230
    Midlands and Yorkshire 0800 954 2246
  • send us an email
  • write a letter
  • send an email to a specific member of staff. All our staff email addresses are laid out as follows: (first name).(last name)@mst-online.org.uk  For example: john.smith@mst-online.org.uk

You can also fill in a ‘Customer Comments, Complaints and Compliments Form’, you can find this in your service user guide.
