How can I make a complaint or give feedback?
You can:
- talk to any member of staff
- freephone: London 0800 917 8230

- send us an email
- write a letter
- send an email to a specific member of staff. All our staff email addresses are laid out as follows: (first name).(last name)@mst-online.org.uk For example: john.smith@mst-online.org.uk
You can also fill in a ‘Customer Comments, Complaints and Compliments Form’, you can find this in your service user guide.
