What you can do

Teach English and make a difference to the life of a refugee.

We are looking for volunteers to help vulnerable refugees develop practical English language skills.

 

All you need is:

  • a basic ESOL qualification or six months’ experience teaching English
  • the ability to teach for one to two hours per week
  • the ability to plan lessons and write learner progress reports
  • empathy towards refugees and asylum seekers
  • good interpersonal skills.

Training and support will be provided. Expenses will be covered.
