Highlights from our recent performance monitoring

March 2009

  • Lambeth Primary Care Trust (PCT) confirm that MST will continue to be the support provider, following MST’s tender submission for Palace Road and Lambeth’s decision not to seek any further submissions.
  • Following a successful fundraising submission to Foundations, MST can now fund a handyperson as part of the Care and Repair service. £50,000 will be received for 09/10 and £70,000 for 10/11.
  • For the 9th consectutive month there were no deductions on UKBA invoice following 100% compliance.
  • A service user member of the Refugee Support South Yorkshire Resident Service User Group (RSUG) has been agreed as an MST Sustainability Champion and will represent MST on the MHP Sustainability Group.
  • 2750 MST Service User Guides were delivered on 1 April ‘09. An audio CD version of the Guide has been ordered and is due to arrive in offices in May ‘09. Translated versions of the Guide into 5 key service user languages have been ordered and are due to be completed in May 09.
  • Information on service user communication needs has been collected across MST, to identify the information formats most commonly needed by our service users.
