Having your say
We need to hear the views of our customers to make sure that we provide the right service and give out the right information.
Who better to tell us what is right or wrong with our services than our services users?
How to have your say
If you are a service user, there is a range of ways to have your say. You can:
- speak to your support worker or another member of staff
- write to our head office
- email us at info@mhp-online.co.uk
- join a service user group and get involved
- come to a one-off meeting to focus on particular issues
- take on volunteering positions with us
- go to a local or house meeting
- fill out a questionnaire about the service we provide.
Why have your say?
Having your say benefits us because we find out how to improve our services. It also benefits you because you get better services. If you get involved by joining one of our service user groups, you can even gain further benefits.
Having your say on your housing
Some of the people who receive support from us live in housing where the landlord is part of Metropolitan Housing Partnership.
Metropolitan Housing Partnership involves service users and residents in making decisions about the housing service they provide. One way that they do this is through its National Residents Group (NRG).
You can find out more on how you can have your say on the Metropolitan Housing Partnership website
