StepForward and Threshold Support services are now known as Metropolitan Support Trust
From 1 May 2008, our services will be provided under the name Metropolitan Support Trust, with the brand Refugee Support as our leading refugee and asylum seeker support service.
The change follows on from the merger in April 2007, which brought together Threshold Support, Refugee Housing Association, StepForward and Walbrook Support. The purpose of joining forces was to share the skills and experiences of the four organisations to offer greater choice to service users through the provision of a wider range of specialist support services.
The withdrawal of the remaining StepForward and Threshold Support brands is a continuation of our drive to be a more efficient and effective service.
We will continue in our aim of delivering the best support and care services in the country, putting our customers at the heart of what we do.
